I'm a few weeks new and thought I'd formally introduce myself instead of just lurking in the chat room. I'm Val Dante. The people in the chat have already just started to call me Dante...I write paranormal, romance, adventure, and dabble a little in fantasy.

Chat is great; the interaction with writers is mvitvating, encoraging, helpful as well as being immediate; but you can also gain a lot from the forums too.

Wander around and see what takes your fancy, or ask a questions and get us to point you ro a forum or two.

Thanks everyone. I appreciate it! Going to the chat actually pulled me out of writers block. It was wonderful, really. I more than doubled how much I had written on a new story after a single trip to the forums. I need to make it to one of the Think Tanks though. I never seem to be able to get on in time for it. Mostly reorganizing to make the site easier to use. Deleting old threads, moving boards together to make it easier to find topics; that sort of thing.
