If you do not get your account information, whether for chat or the forums, the most common cause is that you mistyped your email during registration. To resolve this problem, you will have to send a site email using the links by my name, or use the admin email address in the header. Please provide enough information about your account to validate yourself. Assuming we can connect you to the account, we will correct the email address and you can use the lost password button to get a new password.

The second most common cause is because you use some form of email validation that requires someone to click a link in an email bounce. We will not click those links. To get any account email, you must add admin AT fmwriters.com to your white list.
