3014 words, which is a lot more than I thought I would get, considering the type of day it was. Plus, it seemed like every sentence and paragraph had to be pulled out with pliers. Ugh.

Who is it that your MC doesn't want to deal with? Why does s/he have to deal with this person?

The main villain of the story, of course. :P Too bad she can't just ignore him, but that's hard to do when he keeps sending people out to attack her.
NOTE: I am also "Dreamerscove." At least I think I am. With so many characters running around my head, I'm never quite sure. 'Tis the nature of being a writer.
